Bob is the Founder and President/CEO of EveryScreen Media, a mobile advertising technology and data company in New York City. In addition, Bob is Chairman of the Board of Roundbox, a leading provider of mobile video software and applications; a member of the Board of Directors of Paratek, a wireless semiconductor company; and a member of the Board of Directors of Paradigm Creatives, a Hyderabad, India-based software company that builds mobile and social applications and enabling technologies for smartphones and tablets. Bob serves on the Advisory Boards of HatchLabs, an entrepreneurial sandbox building advanced mobile products that is funded by IAC and Xtreme Labs; Keynetik, a provider of software infrastructure and applications to facilitate the delivery of sensor-enabled, environment and context aware applications for the mobile, healthcare, sports and gaming industries; Paneve, a software programmable, video processing company for mobile devices and tablets; Perky Jerky, a guerilla marketing company that is selling specialty food products; Spring Partners, a company that is building a web/mobile application called SpringPad; and TapAd, a company that is building an advertising network focused on rich media and video.
Bob is a founding member of First Growth Venture Network; an Organizations mission is to identify/select high potential technology entrepreneurs in New York City and to support these entrepreneurs with resources and networks to succeed through a 9 month "boot camp."
Previously, Bob Geiman was a General Partner at Polaris Venture Partners, a Boston, MA-based venture capital firm. Bob joined Polaris in September 2002 and focused primarily on investing in early stage and later stage companies in the mobile and media sectors and led eight investments in such companies. Prior to joining Polaris, Bob served in leadership roles in product and business development at Envoy Networks, a wireless communications components company. Bob helped develop the core product´s architecture, co-developed the Company's initial marketing strategy and worked with the CEO and the Board of Directors to sell the company to Texas Instruments in 2001. Prior to Envoy, Bob was a member of the management team of MCK Communications, a VoIP-based communications software and hardware company.(Bob was a member of the management team that grew MCK from an unprofitable, 25 person company with $5 million in run rate revenue to a 290 person public company with $60 million in run rate revenue and significant cash flow and profitability). Bob ran corporate business development for the entire Company and was in charge of sales, marketing, product management and business development for the Communications Service Provider division. Before MCK, Bob was an Associate at Summit Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, where he focused on making investments in technology businesses. Bob has an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a BA from Dartmouth College.
David Hose is Managing Director of Ideas & Plans, focusing on very early to mid-stage technology companies in mobile. David has a long record of firsts including the first PC map software in 1982 (sold to EDS), the first C++ class library for SQL databases in 1989 (sold to Rogue Wave), the first mobile location company in 1995 (took public as CEO in 2000 and sold to Openwave). Since 2005 David has been a founder, advisor, or board member to numerous successful (and some unsuccessful) companies.
David currently serves as Chairman at Buzzwire, Useful Networks and PublicEarth, board member at JumpTap and advisory board member at Rave Wireless, Networks in Motion, Roundboxand Scanbuy.
Perry LaForge is the Founder, Executive Director and Chairman of the CDMA Development Group (CDG)
The CDG is a trade association comprised of over 110 of the world's leading wireless operators and manufacturers. At the CDG, Perry is responsible for overseeing the expansion of CDMA technology throughout the world and for leading the evolution of the technology through the CDG's subcommittees. Currently, there are over 500 individuals working on CDG sub teams.
Perry has led the development and worldwide commercialization of CDMA since the first proof of concept trials in 1988. He was instrumental in the introduction of CDMA as a second digital standard around the world and in it evolution to next generation digital technology.
Perry is the Founder, Chairman and President of inOvate Communications Group. He is also the founder of inCode Telecom Group, a wireless systems integration company. He has over 23 years of experience working with high-technology companies.
Perry has a Bachelor of Engineering degree (magna cum laude). He was awarded a Masters of Business Degree (MBA) from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. On a number of occasions, he has been listed as one of the top 50 telecommunications industry executives by Wireless Week magazine.
Sridhar Gadhi is the Founder and Group CEO of the Paradigm Group. He leads the Group´s strategic planning, business initiatives, high-end client relation, contract negotiations and corporate management.Sridhar started Paradigm Infotech in 1998.With dynamic leadership& Sridhar is primarily responsible for the firm´s consistent & impressive growth rate of 100 % each and every year from inception.As a testimony for years of restless efforts by Sridhar and his team, Sridhar was awarded "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008" and "Young Entrepreneur 2007" by TANA. Paradigm Infotech was awarded "Inc. 500 (2006, 2005)" and "Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Maryland (2007, 2006, and 2005)". Sridhar believes that the key to this is creating highly charged teams. He takes a personal interest in developing teams and leaders. He invests significant time as a faculty in Paradigm´s leadership development programs.
In his free time, Sridhar likes to review the landscape of businesses world-wide and their business models in particular. As an Angel Investor, He helps to seed the innovative start-up companies as part of his investment firm New Angel Capital. Sridhar is an avid sports person.
Before starting as an innovative entrepreneur with Paradigm Infotech, Sridhar was associated with large corporations such as IBM and Satyam Computers. Sridhar is a graduate of Harvard Business School and also holds a Master of Science in Computers.
Prakash Dantuluri is the CEO of Paradigm Creatives.
Prakash has a Bachelors in Engineering in Telecommunications and started his career as a programmer in 1996 and worked as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies like FedEx, Ford and Sprint in the USA. (He likes to boast the fact that the network event notification algorithm he wrote at Sprint is still in use there
Prakash also is a Certified Enterprise Architect.
He returned to India in 2002 to start his own venture called Onyx Entertainment and produced an animated short. He later joined a company called Deevee as a partner and was instrumental in taking the company revenues from Rs.18 Crores per annum to Rs45 crores. During his time at Deevee, Prakash built the entire IT infrastructure for the company and conceived and delivered several IT/mobile products that were key to the success of the company.
Prakash diversified the company into entertainment industry and produced a successful movie.
Prakash also directed a movie in an Indian language.
In Feb, 2010, Prakash joined Sridhar to start Paradigm Creatives with a vision to enable individuals to produce interactive content on the upcoming mobile, social and connected devices and platforms.
Mike Mulica has been Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Openwave Systems Inc. since October 6, 2011.
Mr. Mulica served as Executive Vice President, Business Development of Synchronoss Technologies Inc. until July 15, 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of FusionOne Inc. since January 2008. Mr. Mulica served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of BridgePort Networks Inc. He served as Senior Vice President, Office of Customer Operations, Sales of Openwave Systems Inc. since 2000.
He has over 20 years of industry experience. Mr. Mulica served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Consulting and Support of Openwave Systems (Phone.com). Prior to the merger of Phone.com and Software.com., he joined Phone.com Inc. in November 1999. Before joining Phone.com Inc., he served as President of Global Sales and Marketing of Adaptive Broadband Inc. Before working at Adaptive Broadband, Mr. Mulica held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Motorola's Wireless Alliance Group. Prior to Motorola, he spent six years at Tandem Computer developing the enhanced services and intelligent network applications business in both the Infrastructure vendor and wireless carrier market. He served as a Director of Aepona Ltd. Mr. Mulica holds an M.B.A from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a B.S Degree in Business from Marquette University and a Graduate Certificate in International Business from the University of Copenhagen.
Karthik Krishnan is the CFO of Paradigm Group of companies.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 11 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Risk Management and Financial Services.
Mr. Karthik has varied experience having held responsibilities in different organizations. He started his career with A F Ferguson & Co. (Now Deloitte), Chartered Accountants and has worked with Arvind Mills, MainiPrecsion Components in various leadership positions. He joins us from NSL Group where he was the Head of Accounts, MIS & Strategic Planning for the textiles business.
